M\u00e5ste s\u00e4ga att jag var p\u00e5 pilates f\u00f6rra l\u00f6rdagen och jag gillade det b\u00e4ttre. Men yogalatesen ligger b\u00e4ttre i tid f\u00f6r mig p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdagar s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00e5r det bli den. Gillar den absolut med. K\u00e4nns att min kropp \u00e4r otroligt seg, tr\u00f6tt och sp\u00e4nd efter snart sju m\u00e5nader utan en hel natt s\u00f6mn. De tv\u00e5 sista m\u00e5naderna av graviditeten hade jag otroligt sv\u00e5rt att sova pga foglossningen och nu \u00e4r det bara att amma halva n\u00e4tterna som g\u00e4ller. Speciellt den senaste en och en halv m\u00e5naden&#8230;.. Suck!!!!!<br \/>\nSov f\u00f6r fan UNGE!!!!<br \/>\nNej d\u00e5 men \u00e4nd\u00e5 joooooo!!!<br \/>\nMen iaf s\u00e5 vill han absolut inte sova i sin egen s\u00e4ng utan bredvid mig och g\u00e4rna med tutten i munnen samtidigt. Det g\u00f6r att min sovst\u00e4llning inte blir den b\u00e4sta och att s\u00f6mnen blir katastrof d\u00e5lig tyv\u00e4rr. Vaknar varje morgon med ont i huvudet,axlar\/nacke och br\u00f6stryggen. Yogalatesen hj\u00e4lper att sl\u00e4ppa p\u00e5 de v\u00e4rsta sp\u00e4nningarna s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir den otroligt sk\u00f6n och bra.
