Har legat sjuk med feber i tisdags s\u00e5 Strongmama passet ig\u00e5r fick jag st\u00e4lla in.<br \/>\nHar kommit p\u00e5 att pilates \u00e4r min rehab tr\u00e4ning efter graviditeten. Det \u00e4r precis den tr\u00e4ning som mig sjukgymnast s\u00e4ger \u00e5t mig att g\u00f6ra.<br \/>\nBara de att de \u00f6vningarna jag f\u00e5r av henne m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ras varje dag. Men de flesta g\u00f6r vi p\u00e5 pilatesklassen ocks\u00e5. K\u00e4nner mig stolt och stark n\u00e4r jag g\u00e5r d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n.<br \/>\nSpana in helgens tr\u00e4ning!<br \/>\nI morgon blir det GRIT-strength och p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag Hot mojo.
