B\u00e5de ser och k\u00e4nner av resultaten.<br \/>\nM\u00e5n: 55min Strongmama +1.5h promenad p\u00e5 Kungsholmen<br \/>\nTis: Sjuk<br \/>\nOns: vila<br \/>\nTors: 55min pilates +50min promenad<br \/>\nFred: 30min GRIT-strength +1timme promenad i stan<br \/>\nL\u00f6rd: 55min hot mojo+ 2 timmar promenad i stan<br \/>\nS\u00f6nd: 2x 1 timme promenad (ont i ryggen efter lite snedbelastning, s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ingen puls cykel idag)<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r veckan blir det pump, Strongmama, GRIT och cykel. \u00d6nskar att jag kan f\u00e5 till ett pilatespass i veckan men skall ha lite f\u00f6delsedags firande p\u00e5 fredag och lite folk \u00f6ver helgen.
