Det var n\u00e5gra rediga l\u00e5sningar i br\u00f6stryggen. De \u00e4r borta nu men det k\u00e4nns muskul\u00e4rt. Skulle ha varit och f\u00e5tt lite massage nu till veckan s\u00e5 att inte sp\u00e4nningen i musklerna drar tillbaka s\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r tillbaka l\u00e5sningarna p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng.<br \/>\nMen det har tyv\u00e4rr blivit lite sis\u00e5d\u00e4r med tr\u00e4ningen denna veckan. Men var p\u00e5 ett sjukt roligt crossfit pass idag p\u00e5 Sats Regeringsgatan. K\u00e4nde mig stark och kroppen f\u00f6rutom ryggen k\u00e4ndes som den skall.<br \/>\nSjukt kul ned Crossfit!!
