Passade p\u00e5 att leka med intervaller . B\u00f6rjade med 10 och jobbade mig upp till 12 med fem min intervaller. Som sagt f\u00f6rsta l\u00f6ptr\u00e4ningen s\u00e5 h\u00f6ll bara p\u00e5 i 30min. Sedan k\u00f6rde jag lite fys. Thrusters med 10kg, dynamiska utfall 10kg, st\u00e5ende rodd med 14kg 10&#215;3 set sedan 4min plankan och stretch. LillSkrutten hade varit en \u00e4ngel p\u00e5 minisats s\u00e5 det var bara f\u00f6r mig att fokusera p\u00e5 min tr\u00e4ning.
