Ser verkligen fram mot att cykla!<br \/>\nS\u00e5 h\u00e4r ser veckans tr\u00e4ning ut:<br \/>\nM\u00e5n: 50min PW i stan<br \/>\nTis: 30min l\u00f6pning p\u00e5 band +20min styrka<br \/>\nOns: 55min Strongmama + 1 timme PW p\u00e5 \u00d6stermalm<br \/>\nTors: Vila (babysim +Bootcamp)<br \/>\nFred: 2x 45min PW<br \/>\nL\u00f6rd: 7km l\u00f6prunda i skogen + styrka<br \/>\nS\u00f6nd: 4,3km cykling runt Orsasj\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Idag blir det en vilodag men i morgon \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r crossfit med Sara. Det ser jag fram mot.
