Har tyv\u00e4rr blivit f\u00f6r mycket annat med dop osv att g\u00f6ra. Urs\u00e4kterna \u00e4r m\u00e5nga men allt har med prioritering att g\u00f6ra&#8230;. S\u00e5 jag prioriterar tr\u00e4ning denna vecka ist<br \/>\nM\u00e5n: promenad 1timme<br \/>\nTis: 45min crossfit+ 45 min promenad<br \/>\nOns: 50 min promenad<br \/>\nTors: 30min stenh\u00e5rd Ketelbells + 1timme promenad<br \/>\nFred: ingen tr\u00e4ning, fixat massor innan dopet<br \/>\nL\u00f6rd: Dopet och dopfestligheterna<br \/>\nS\u00f6nd: lite bakis och reste hem till Stockholm.<br \/>\nMEN idag har jag l\u00f6ptr\u00e4nat intervaller och stabilitetstr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 Sats stadion. K\u00e4nd mig inte p\u00e5 topp (lite f\u00f6r slappt i veckan) men \u00e4nd\u00e5 snart d\u00e4r igen!
