LillSkrutten vaknar ca 4-5 g\u00e5nger varje natt&#8230; Min st\u00f6rsta \u00f6nskan just nu \u00e4r att f\u00e5 sova 6 timmar i str\u00e4ck.<br \/>\nMen tr\u00e4ning g\u00f6r det faktiskt b\u00e4ttre. S\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r \u00e4gna mig \u00e5t det ist.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5n: 30min l\u00f6pning+ 15min stab. Tr\u00e4ning. + 1 timme promenad Lill-Jansskogen<br \/>\nTis: 1 timme promenad Brunsviken<br \/>\nOns: 55min puls cykel + 50 min promenad<br \/>\nTors: 1,5 timme promenad Lill-Jansskogen<br \/>\nFred: VILA<br \/>\nL\u00f6rd: Tjejv\u00e4tten 10mil cykel.<br \/>\nS\u00f6nd: 55min Yogalates<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r det dags att palla sig till simhallen f\u00f6r att prova simma 1 km.
