P\u00e5 med tt\u00e4ningskl\u00e4derna s\u00e5 k\u00f6r vi!!<br \/>\nM\u00e5n: 55 min shape. Tyv\u00e4rr fick jag lov att ta en paus p\u00e5 10 min mitt i passet d\u00e5 min son skrek nere p\u00e5 miniSats men helt ok iaf. 1 timme promenad Lill-Jansskogen<br \/>\nTis: 40 min terr\u00e4ng l\u00f6prunda i Lill-Jansskogens motionssp\u00e5r. 1 timme promenad<br \/>\nOns: 1,5 timme promenad Lill-Jansskogen<br \/>\nTors: 45 min tabata intervaller och uth\u00e5llighets l\u00f6ptr\u00e4ning<br \/>\nFred (midsommarafton) 40 min morgon l\u00f6pning med min underbara Sambo.<br \/>\nL\u00f6rd och S\u00f6nd har enbart varit slappning. Idag skall jag ner p\u00e5 simhallen h\u00e4r i Mora och simma 1 km&#8230;.
