Ig\u00e5r var jag p\u00e5 ett helt fantastiskt GRIT Cardio pass med Les Mills hunken Fredrik Anderson. Vilken underbar energi hela passet hade. Tittade p\u00e5 klockan en g\u00e5ng och d\u00e5 var det bara fem min kvar. N\u00e4r han presenterade passet s\u00e5 ber\u00e4ttade han att det skulle vara fokos p\u00e5 h\u00f6gintensitet tr\u00e4ning med h\u00f6gintensiva intervaller. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att ligga p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 90% av sin maxpuls minst tre g\u00e5nger under passet och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det J\u00c4VLIGT JOBBIGT!!!<br \/>\nRiktig skitg\u00f6ra!!
