Sedan l\u00e4gga till att magmusklerna knappt finns kvar s\u00e5 blir lika med tecknet ont i ryggen.<br \/>\nDet jobbiga \u00e4r dock att det \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge \u00e4r rehab tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r magen och sakta men s\u00e4kert stabilisera upp. Inte anv\u00e4nda de raka magmusklerna alls eftersom de \u00e4r de som \u00e4r delade.<br \/>\nNej f\u00e5r forts\u00e4tta med det jag g\u00f6r.
