Men skall hinna med en Super Saturday innan ocks\u00e5.<br \/>\nL\u00f6prundan idag gick v\u00e4l ok. Hade \u00f6nskat att benen inte k\u00e4ndes s\u00e5 tunga men det \u00e4r som det \u00e4r. M\u00e5ste se till att ha n\u00e5gra vilodagar innan jag springer loppet. Annars s\u00e5 m\u00e4rker jag att konditionen och pulsen bara flyter mer och mer. Den har varit ok hela tiden men nu b\u00f6rjar det bli riktigt bra. Roligt att jag m\u00e4rker skillnad fr\u00e5n mycket HIIT (high intensive interval training) Mitt sjukt effektiva GRIT!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annabeus\/files\/2013\/09\/20130913-163755.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annabeus\/files\/2013\/09\/20130913-163755.jpg\" alt=\"20130913-163755.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nJust nu sitter jag p\u00e5 ett t\u00e5g p\u00e5 v\u00e4g ner till Stockholm SJ\u00c4LV. Det k\u00e4nns som om jag har gl\u00f6mt en del av mig sj\u00e4lv men samtidigt k\u00e4nns det fantastiskt att kunna sitta och titta ut genom f\u00f6nstret och lyssna p\u00e5 musik utan att n\u00e5gon annan kr\u00e4ver min uppm\u00e4rksamhet. Ja det blir nog bra.
