Men \u00e4nd\u00e5 helt ok.<br \/>\nM\u00e5n- l\u00e5ngpromenad<br \/>\nOns- gymtr\u00e4ning<br \/>\nTors- l\u00e5ngpromenad<br \/>\nL\u00f6rd- skid\u00e5kning<br \/>\nHade velat f\u00e5 in ett gympass och en promenad till.<br \/>\nV\u00e5gen stod p\u00e5 65kg idag. S\u00e5 bara fyra kilon kvar nu. Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att g\u00e5 ner ett kg i veckan nu.
