Inte bara i idrottsammanhang  utan \u00e4ven i vardagen p\u00e5 vanliga gym. Det finns s\u00e5 otroligt mycket olika preparat som g\u00e5r att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt. Som g\u00f6r snabbare muskeltillv\u00e4xt osv. Men vad \u00e4r egentligen farligt f\u00f6r kroppen?<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r s\u00e5 otroligt m\u00e5nga unga och \u00e4ldre som \u00e4r ute efter den &#8221;perfekta kroppen&#8221; och stoppar i sig vad som h\u00e4llts f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 dit. Detta skr\u00e4mmer mig!!<br \/>\nSj\u00e4lv s\u00e5 \u00e4ter jag inte ens proteinpulver utan det enda jag v\u00e4ljer att ta som tillskott \u00e4r Super-C (vitaminer) Zink (mineral) och ca varannan dag i smoothin Power Meal (fr\u00e5n Holistic)<br \/>\nMen jag menar jag har ingen aning egentligen on det \u00e4r bra eller d\u00e5ligt f\u00f6r mig. Sj\u00e4lvklart s\u00e5 tror jag det \u00e4r bra men jag vet inte 100%. <\/p>\n<p>Kommer ofrivilligt in p\u00e5 alla olika  bantningsprepparat. Hur farligt \u00e4r det?? Enligt min mening s\u00e5 \u00e4t vanlig mat och tr\u00e4na sunt!
