Men det blev \u00e4nd\u00e5 ok.<br \/>\nM\u00e5n: PW i Lill-Jansskogen<br \/>\nTis: L\u00e5ng PW 1 1\/2 timme i stan<br \/>\nOns: skulle ha gymtr\u00e4nat&#8230; Blev en kortare promenad ca 30min<br \/>\nTors: PW i Lill-Jansskogen<br \/>\nFred: alldeles f\u00f6r kallt ute men blev iaf en kortare promenad.<br \/>\nS\u00f6n: PW i Lill-Jansskogen och gymtr\u00e4ning. <\/p>\n<p>Fokus denna veckan blir att f\u00e5 till lite egen hemmatr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r core. 10 min varje dag skall inte vara n\u00e5got problem att f\u00e5 till. Det g\u00e4ller bara att se till att g\u00f6ra det. Blir s\u00e5dan otrolig f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring i kroppen bara av det lilla. Men d\u00e5 m\u00e5ste det vara VARJE DAG. <\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r ser jag ut sju veckor efter f\u00f6rlossningen.
