Klockan 11.00 stod jag redo och klar med min st\u00e5ng, viktplattor, br\u00e4da och den r\u00e4tt BODYPUMP feeling inom mig. K\u00e4nde mig sjukt stark genom hela passet och fick l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 mer vikt allt efter som. S\u00e5 kan det g\u00e5 om man tr\u00e4nar GRIT!! Starkare och uth\u00e5lligare har jag blivit utan att jag ens reflekterat \u00f6ver det sj\u00e4lv. Det roligaste av allt var n\u00e4r jag st\u00e5r d\u00e4r mitt under passet och \u00e4r rej\u00e4lt svettig men vet att jag har iaf 20% mer i min kropp att anv\u00e4nda. S\u00e5 kommer tanken till mig att BODYPUMP \u00e4r lite som en j\u00e4vligt bra f\u00f6rfest. Bra musik, taggar till, lycka och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntning sprider sig. Medans GRIT  \u00e4r huvudnumret p\u00e5 utest\u00e4llet.
