Som att ta det lite lugnt?&#8221;<br \/>\nJo han har r\u00e4tt. Det har blivit lite mycket med GRITutbildningar, licensvideos, klasser, egen tr\u00e4ning b\u00e5de gym och egen GRIT. Men inte att f\u00f6rgl\u00f6mma en massa  l\u00e5nga promenad och en massa lyftande p\u00e5 sonen som \u00e4nd\u00e5 v\u00e4ger 11,5kg. Ja ja, nu \u00e4r det iaf vila s\u00e5 det skriker om det!<br \/>\n\u00c4ven om jag vet att man inte kan vila sig bra s\u00e5 skall kroppen f\u00e5 helt vila fram tills l\u00f6rdag (har mina l\u00f6rdagsklasser d\u00e5) sen blir det nog lite lugnare tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r mig ett par veckor fram\u00f6ver. Allts\u00e5 inte tre pass GRIT och tv\u00e5 pass egen gymtr\u00e4ning med bara superset.
