Javisst n\u00e4rmar det sig men jag st\u00e5r absolut f\u00f6r att de tv\u00e5 veckorna innan f\u00f6rlossningen \u00e4r de absolut v\u00e4rsta av hela graviditeten. Suck, pust och st\u00f6n! Or\u00f6rlig, d\u00e5ligt hum\u00f6r, ont i kroppen och s\u00f6mnbrist, sen har jag j\u00e4tte sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att ta tag i saker och ting. Vist st\u00e4dade jag l\u00e4genheten ig\u00e5r men jag k\u00e4nner liksom inte f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got. Det \u00e4r bara att h\u00e5lla ut. Var p\u00e5 gymmet f\u00f6r sista g\u00e5ngen innan liten kommer ut i fredags. Hade hoppats p\u00e5 att kunna styrketr\u00e4na tills dagen innan f\u00f6rlossningen men jag fick s\u00e5 otroligt ont i l\u00e4ndryggen p\u00e5 natten efter tr\u00e4ningen. Det handlar framf\u00f6rallt om h\u00e5llningen som jag inte klarar av att h\u00e5lla ordentligt pga att jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 framtung. Det \u00e4r det b\u00e4ttre att skippa de yttre vikterna och fokusera \u00e4nnu mer p\u00e5 yogan. S\u00e5g p\u00e5 film ig\u00e5r mitt p\u00e5 dagen och idag \u00e4r det skid\u00e5kning 13.00. Skall ha lunchen klar tills dess och bara njuta lite;) Smoothie med annans och ananas snacks k\u00f6r jag till 100% p\u00e5. Mattias har k\u00f6pt hem ca 4 st nu.
