F\u00f6rst 30 min kondition, d\u00e4r jag kom tv\u00e5 kilometer l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n jag brukar. Sedan gick jag all in p\u00e5 Kettlebellsen eftersom jag inte hade s\u00e5 mycket tid kvar. Tre olika \u00f6vningar f\u00f6rsta 15 st swingar, 10 st enarmsrodd i plankposition (b\u00e5da armarna \u00e0 10 rep s\u00e5 klart) sedan balans\u00f6vning \u00e0 5 rep per sida f\u00f6r att komma ner lite i varv. S\u00e5 tre stycken s\u00e5dana triset och en magl\u00e5t \u00e0 4 min alla tre mag och stabilitets\u00f6vningar och en min stretch h\u00f6ftb\u00f6jare och br\u00f6stmuskler. Ett h\u00e4rligt pass p\u00e5 ca 50 min. Underbart!<br \/>\nEfter Tjejvasan s\u00e5 blir det mer KB. Bra funktionell tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r hela kroppen. Mycket stabilitets och r\u00f6rlighetstr\u00e4ning inbakat i \u00f6vningarna.
