L\u00e4ngtar som sagt tills den 11 mars d\u00e5 LillSkrutten kan vara p\u00e5 minisats. D\u00e5 skall det bli ordentligt med tr\u00e4ning ut\u00f6ver v\u00e5ra promenader s\u00e5 klart.<br \/>\nM\u00e5n: h\u00e4rlig sn\u00f6 PW uppe i Mora. Ca 1 timme<br \/>\nTis: PW i stan ca 1 timme<br \/>\nOns: PW Lill-Jansskogen 1 timme<br \/>\nGymtr\u00e4ning kondition+ KB<br \/>\nTors: promenad i stan ca 45 min<br \/>\nFred: L\u00e5ng promenad i Haga ca en och en halv timme<br \/>\nL\u00f6rd: PW till Haga s\u00f6dra 45 min<br \/>\nS\u00f6nd: Gymtr\u00e4ning Kettlebells och stakning (sjukt kul!!)<br \/>\nDet k\u00e4nns bra i kroppen. Tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i baksida l\u00e5r fr\u00e5n Kettlebells marklyften ig\u00e5r och p\u00e5 onsdag skall jag g\u00e5 p\u00e5 min f\u00f6rsta klass p\u00e5 \u00e5tta m\u00e5nader.
