Min kropp sade ifr\u00e5n lite efter Tjejvasan, s\u00e5 jag valde att ha tv\u00e5 dagar d\u00e4r efter som jag inte gjorde n\u00e5got alls. Sen blir det lite si och s\u00e5 n\u00e4r man \u00e4r p\u00e5 resande fot. Men n\u00e5got blev det iaf.<br \/>\nM\u00e5n: vila<br \/>\nTis: promenad 1 timme<br \/>\nOns: PW 40 min<br \/>\nTors: PW 2 timmar<br \/>\noch 45 min crossfit<br \/>\nFred: pw 40 min<br \/>\nL\u00f6rd: vila<br \/>\nS\u00f6nd: vila<br \/>\nS\u00e5 nu \u00e4r jag utvilad och kan k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 ordentligt denna veckan. Skall till en sjukgymnast som \u00e4r specialiserad p\u00e5 gravida och efter graviditet p\u00e5 torsdag. Skall bli j\u00e4tte sp\u00e4nnande.<br \/>\nVar p\u00e5 BVC idag och fick vaccin.
