Jag fick v\u00e4ldigt ont i min foglossning och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags att t\u00e4nka om. S\u00e5 jag b\u00f6rjade fundera lite i banorna f\u00f6r hur jag skulle kunna f\u00e5 en bra tr\u00e4ning, framf\u00f6rallt r\u00f6relsetr\u00e4ning h\u00e4r hemma. Blev ett roligt och ganska jobbigt tr\u00e4ningspass p\u00e5 40min.
