Sj\u00e4lvklart g\u00e4ller det att utf\u00f6ra sporten, \u00e5ka s\u00e5 mycket skidor som det bara g\u00e5r. Ju fler mil i kroppen jag hinner f\u00e5 ju b\u00e4ttre \u00e4r det. Men om vi skall t\u00e4nka inomhus, vad kan jag g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 gymmet?<br \/>\nSkid\u00e5kning \u00e4r en konditions sport s\u00e5 att l\u00f6ptr\u00e4ning och stakmaskin \u00e4r bra att fokusera p\u00e5 i konditionspassen. Skid\u00e5kning \u00e4r \u00e4ven en uth\u00e5llighets sport och styrketr\u00e4ning \u00e4r \u00e4ven en viktig del i tr\u00e4ningen. Men den m\u00e5ste anpassa efter sporten. S\u00e5 skid\u00e5kning = m\u00e5nga repetition och lite vila mellan. Mitt uppl\u00e4gg:<br \/>\nBenb\u00f6j, utfall, hopp p\u00e5 plint- 3&#215;15-20<br \/>\nChins, rodd, axelpress, dips- 3&#215;15-20<br \/>\nSitup,  rotation, planka- 3 x15-20<br \/>\nSkippa vila mellan s\u00e5 blir det extra kondition! Tempo, h\u00e5ll pulsen h\u00f6g.
