Jag skall f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka \u00e4ta bra och r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 att jag samtidigt kan g\u00e5 ner n\u00e5gra kilo&#8230; Jag \u00e4r lite nerv\u00f6s m\u00e5ste jag medge&#8230; Och det beror p\u00e5 att jag har s\u00e5 h\u00f6ga krav p\u00e5 mej sj\u00e4lv samt att  jag avskyr att misslyckas eller att det inte ska bli som jag t\u00e4nk mej..<br \/>\nI dag efter jobbet s\u00e5 investerade jag i en kettlebell..<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/04\/20130413-170955.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/04\/20130413-170955.jpg\" alt=\"20130413-170955.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nT\u00e4nkte k\u00f6pa en p\u00e5 8 kg p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon av sportaff\u00e4rerna, men k\u00e4nde att dom var alldeles f\u00f6r tunga f\u00f6r mina \u00f6mma axlar och 4 kg var alldeles f\u00f6r l\u00e4tt.. Typisk!
