Jag skall nu g\u00f6ra allt jag kan f\u00f6r att \u00e4ta nyttigt och tr\u00e4na bra.. Jag skall skippa sm\u00e5godiset p\u00e5 helgerna ( ghaaaa.. Hur ska det g\u00e5?? Sm\u00e5godis som \u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 gott&#8230; ) ist\u00e4llet kan jag \u00e4ta en m\u00e5ltid p\u00e5 helgen som \u00e4r helt valfri..<\/p>\n<p>Till frukost \u00a0I morse \u00e5t jag 1 kokt \u00e4gg med lite kaviar, sallad p\u00e5 bladspenat, tomat machesallad, en lowcarb br\u00f6dskiva med nutella p\u00e5, en kopp kaffe och ett stort glas vatten. I g\u00e5r dansade jag en timme Fuego ( kondition ) och i dag skall jag k\u00f6ra kettlebell\u00f6vningarna f\u00f6r bl.a. Armarna samt mina andra tv\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsdvderna, s\u00e5 jag \u00e4ven f\u00e5r med lite ben och mage..<br \/>\nIg\u00e5r s\u00e5 \u00e5kte vi p\u00e5 O&#8217;Learys i Hudiksvall och \u00e5t middag d\u00e4r och samtidigt tittade vi p\u00e5 Formel 1 sammandraget..
