Phu!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/04\/20130415-193826.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/04\/20130415-193826.jpg\" alt=\"20130415-193826.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNu k\u00f6r vi!!<br \/>\nJag b\u00f6rjade f\u00f6rst med Functional Training dvd:n och efter den direkt p\u00e5 Fasta skinkor och L\u00e5r men d\u00e5 utan uppv\u00e4rmning f\u00f6r varm var jag ju redan och till sist Kettlebell tr\u00e4ningen enligt tidningen i Form..
