Vad passar b\u00e4ttre att starta dagen med \u00e4n en hemmagjord M\u00fcsli..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frukosten \u00e4r dagens viktigaste m\u00e5l \u2013 \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r den s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt att prioritera. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver den grovt hackade mandeln. Rosta i ugnen ca 15-20 minuter. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 att m\u00fcslin blir j\u00e4mnt rostad och f\u00e5r en fin gyllenbrun f\u00e4rg. N\u00e4r m\u00fcslin svalnat kan du tills\u00e4tta russin, torkade aprikoser eller tranb\u00e4r.
