Hon\u00a0 har \u00e4ven\u00a0gett ut kokb\u00f6cker&#8230; En mycket l\u00e4sv\u00e4rd blogg hur som helst.. Jag har gjort den h\u00e4r pajen f\u00f6rut och den \u00e4r verkligen grymt god vill jag lova.. Jag skall ta och g\u00f6ra den igen i helgen.. Perfekt att ha med i matl\u00e5da p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag d\u00e5 jag jobbar&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Det har blivit dags f\u00f6r mej att g\u00e5 ut med taxen f\u00f6r snart s\u00e5 tar jag min resv\u00e4ska och\u00a0drar jag i v\u00e4g till Stockholm n\u00e5gra dagar&#8230; Jag h\u00e5ller tummarna att jag skall g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra Love forever fynd i morgon p\u00e5 Love Forevers Outletevent som h\u00e5ller till i Hjorthagen&#8230; Sen skall jag ocks\u00e5 hinna med arr gratta min underbara systerdotter Linda som \u00e4r h\u00f6ggravid och kan nog bli mamma f\u00f6r andra g\u00e5ngen n\u00e4r som helst.. &lt;3<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Receptet p\u00e5 V\u00e4sterbottenpaj..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pajdeg:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 dl mandelmj\u00f6l 0,5 dl skalade sesamfr\u00f6n 1 msk fiberhusk 1 tsk salt 40 g sm\u00f6r 1 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>Mixa mandelmj\u00f6l och sesamfr\u00f6n i blender\/mixer och blanda sedan ner resterande ingredienser och mixa till en deg. Tryck ut i pajform eller springform och nagga botten med gaffel, l\u00e5t vila i kylsk\u00e5p ca 30 min. Gr\u00e4dda skalet i 175 g i ca 10 minuter tills skalet f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg. Ta sedan ut och h\u00f6j ugnen till 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pajinneh\u00e5llet:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 gram riven v\u00e4sterbottensost 3 \u00e4gg 3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde lite salt<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg den rivna osten i pajskalet. Vispa ihop \u00e4gg och gr\u00e4dde och h\u00e4ll i pajskalet, \u00f6ver osten. Gr\u00e4dda i 25-30 minuter i nedre delen av ugnen.
