Hoppas ni har det bra..<br \/>\nJag har i alla fall bakat ett Foccaciabr\u00f6d  nu p\u00e5 f\u00f6rmiddagen.. LCHF recept, och det skall bli s\u00e5 sp\u00e4nnande att smaka.. Nu skall jag ta och baka ett mandelbr\u00f6d s\u00e5 jag har lite till frukosten i morgon..<br \/>\nRecept p\u00e5 Foccaciabr\u00f6d:<br \/>\n1 liten burk KESO (250 gram)<br \/>\n6 \u00e4gg<br \/>\nDrygt 1,5 dl kokosn\u00f6tmj\u00f6l (Aman Prana)<br \/>\n2 msk fiberhusk<br \/>\n8 msk kruskakli *<br \/>\n4 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n4 msk sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 krm salt<br \/>\n1 tsk torkad timjan<br \/>\n12 st svarta urk\u00e4rnade kalamataoliver<br \/>\n1\/2 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<br \/>\n4 gula och r\u00f6da k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater<br \/>\nfetaost<br \/>\nf\u00e4rsk timjan<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<br \/>\nBlanda de torra ingredienserna f\u00f6rst, mixa sedan \u00e4gg och keso med stavmixer. Blanda ihop allt. Penssla en form (20&#215;25) och f\u00f6rdela degen i den. Platta inte f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt. Pensla rikligt med olivolja. Halvera r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r tunna skivor och f\u00f6rdela ovanp\u00e5. Halvera tomaterna och tryck ner tomater, oliver och fetaost i degen. Avsluta med att str\u00f6 flingsalt ovanp\u00e5 och f\u00f6rdela lite f\u00e4rsk timjan p\u00e5. Kl 17 \u00e4r det Fuego som g\u00e4ller&#8230; Har varit sparsam med tr\u00e4ningen nu f\u00f6r att vila mina onda kn\u00e4n..
