Snart dags att krypa i s\u00e4ng.. Jag skall upp tidigt i morgon och f\u00f6rst fixa mina naglar&#8230; \u00c4ntligen! Sen s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar jag jobba kl 10-18..<br \/>\nI kv\u00e4ll hade jag f\u00f6rst t\u00e4nkt att hoppa \u00f6ver tr\u00e4ningen, men r\u00e4tt var det var s\u00e5 tog jag p\u00e5 mej tr\u00e4ningskl\u00e4derna och sprang i v\u00e4g..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/05\/20130513-223846.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/05\/20130513-223846.jpg\" alt=\"20130513-223846.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nSupersk\u00f6nt var det och 5,39 km var alldeles tillr\u00e4ckligt i kv\u00e4ll k\u00e4nde jag&#8230; N\u00e4r jag kom hem s\u00e5 duschade jag och gjorde en V\u00e4sterbottenostpaj som vi skall \u00e4ta till middag i morgon.. Sk\u00f6nt att ha allt f\u00f6rberett n\u00e4r man kommer hem s\u00e5 sent.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/05\/20130513-224057.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/05\/20130513-224057.jpg\" alt=\"20130513-224057.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/05\/20130513-224104.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annalena\/files\/2013\/05\/20130513-224104.jpg\" alt=\"20130513-224104.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nReceptet som jag anv\u00e4nde mej av:<br \/>\n3 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 msk fiberhusk<br \/>\n1\/2 dl sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\nLite salt<br \/>\n40 gram sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\nS\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader, Mixa mandelmj\u00f6l, fiberhusk och sesamfr\u00f6n (beh\u00f6vs inte). Tills\u00e4tt de \u00f6vriga ingredienserna och k\u00f6r till en deg. L\u00e5t vila i kylen en stund. Tryck ut degen i en pajform och gr\u00e4dda den i ca 8 min. Ta g\u00e4rna ut den lite tidigare..<br \/>\nFyllning<br \/>\n3 dl gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg (4 \u00e4gg till en stor pajform)<br \/>\n3-4 dl v\u00e4sterbottenost<br \/>\n1-2 msk gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k ( den hoppade jag )<br \/>\nJag tog i lite kantareller i st\u00e4llet<br \/>\nSalt &amp; peppar<br \/>\nVispa i hop alla ingredienser.. L\u00e4gg h\u00e4lften av osten i botten av den f\u00f6rh\u00e4rdade pajen och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver smeten, str\u00f6 g\u00e4rna lite ost ovanp\u00e5.<br \/>\nGr\u00e4dda i nedre delen i 25 min..<br \/>\nKlart att servera!
