Jag ska inte \u00e4ta godis, s\u00f6tsaker eller dricka l\u00e4sk p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 veckor, jag ska inte \u00e4ta n\u00e5got som har n\u00e5got med socker att g\u00f6ra. Om jag \u00e4ter socker s\u00e5 har jag slagit vad med min kompis att jag ska g\u00f6ra n\u00e5t v\u00e4ldigt pinsamt.. S\u00e5klart s\u00e5 g\u00f6r jag det f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i vikt och inte f\u00f6r vadet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Jag ska ocks\u00e5 minska v\u00e4ldigt mycket p\u00e5 vad jag \u00e4ter och hur mycket jag \u00e4ter. Jag springer minst en g\u00e5ng i veckan och s\u00e5 promenerar jag s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt.
