Men det g&ouml;r inte s&auml;rskilt mycket..<\/p>\n<p>Nu p&aring; morgonen har jag tr&auml;nat. Jag<strong> &Auml;LSKAR<\/strong> morgontr&auml;ning mest av allt i&nbsp; hela v&auml;rlden. Mina mornar ser mest ut p&aring; samma vis om jag inte jobbar morgonpass. Kliver upp, kaffe, byta om och sticka iv&auml;g. Lite folk p&aring; gymet, halvm&ouml;rkt ute, massa energi!! V&auml;l hemma &auml;r det dusch, gr&ouml;t och fix innan en stor h&auml;rlig brunch v&auml;ntar \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dagens pass p&aring; gymet vart 45min crosstraining med inslag av tunga intervaller. Sedan ett snabbt, intensivt Axelpass!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nu ska sista slurpen av kaffet drickas och sedan ska jag g&aring;.
