Sk\u00e5len \u00e4r pytteliten vilket kanske framg\u00e5r j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med skeden och min hand. Jag kan ju s\u00e4ga att jag tar l\u00e4tt det dubbla. Och s\u00e5 fil eller yoghurt till det och pl\u00f6tsligt blir det mycket mer \u00e4n man r\u00e4knat med. Jag \u00e4r inte mycket f\u00f6r att r\u00e4kna kalorier utan f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker bara v\u00e4lja b\u00e4ttre alternativ.
