Efter ett s\u00e5dant pass med lite natts\u00f6mn och en fm-lur blir jag oftast helt slagen och vill ingenting. Men jag kommer att ge mig iv\u00e4g p\u00e5 ett styrketr\u00e4ningspass nu i alla fall. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nJag hade min frukostrast vid 05:30 d\u00e5 \u00e5t jag en s\u00e5dan d\u00e4r keso med b\u00e4r och n\u00f6tter i locket. Keso \u00e4r bra. Lite fett och mycket protein.
