D\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara att stiga upp och s\u00e5 har man mer tid \u00e5t dagen, som idag \u00e4r en fredag och allt.<\/p>\n<p>Snart \u00e4r det frukost. Jag har tr\u00f6ttnat p\u00e5 br\u00f6d som dessutom inte \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt nyttigt i de flesta fall. Ist\u00e4llet \u00e4ter jag en &#8221;pannkaksomel\u00e4tt&#8221; och jag stava med &#8221;\u00e4&#8221; f\u00f6r att l\u00e4tt \u00e4r just vad den \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra. GI-style ocks\u00e5 of course.<\/p>\n<p>2 stora eko-\u00e4gg, ca en halv dl gr\u00e4dde &#8211;\u00a0jag anv\u00e4nder\u00a0sk\u00e5nemejeriers 15% matlagningsgr\u00e4dde utan tillsatser, vispa ihop, tills\u00e4tt\u00a0ca 1 matsked krossade phylliumfr\u00f6n, vispa\/r\u00f6r ihop.<\/p>\n<p>En ganska rej\u00e4l klick sm\u00f6r eller annat valfritt fett i stekj\u00e4rnet. Kokosfett \u00e4r ju nyttigt men jag gillar sm\u00f6rsmaken. \ud83d\ude09\u00a0Det beh\u00f6vs en rej\u00e4l klick f\u00f6r att resultatet ska bli bra.<\/p>\n<p>Vill man kan man sm\u00e4lta ost \u00f6ver eller ha skinka eller liknade till, kanske b\u00e4r och keso?<\/p>\n<p>Dock!
