Nu \u00e4r den fortfarande gi men med mycket mindre fett. Trixet \u00e4r att man stavmixar den s\u00e5 blir den fluffig och god.<br \/>\nAllts\u00e5:<br \/>\n* 2 stora eko-\u00e4gg<br \/>\n* lite vatten<br \/>\n* ca 1-2 msk fiberhusk\/krossade phylliumfr\u00f6n som \u00e4r samma sak men phylliumfr\u00f6n \u00e4r billigare.<br \/>\n* lite seltin\/salt<br \/>\nR\u00f6r ihop med gaffel f\u00f6rst och mixa sen. Stek b\u00e4gge sidor i 10 g sm\u00f6r.<br \/>\nVolia! Perfekt pannkaka! Du kan \u00e4ta b\u00e4r med eller utan kvarg smaksatt med Stevia str\u00f6.
