Men jag har haft n\u00e5gra lata veckor h\u00e4r i solskenet. Och det tycker jag gott man kan f\u00e5 ha. \ud83d\ude42 Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker dock i grunden att \u00e4ta nyttigt och jag hittar g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 saker som involverar fysisk aktivitet. Ig\u00e5r tex gick jag ca 1 mil p\u00e5 \u00f6n Ven. H\u00e4rligt!\u00a0 Att ligga i en solstol hela dagarna \u00e4r ingenting f\u00f6r mig, jag blir uttr\u00e5kad direkt! F\u00f6rutom det f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag tr\u00e4na \u00e5tminstone 3 pass i veckan. Mitt gym h\u00e5ller sommartider vilket g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rt att hinna med. Men det f\u00e5r v\u00e4l vara s\u00e5 d\u00e5 ett par veckor. Det \u00e4r mer sporrande att komma ig\u00e5ng sen igen om man unnat sig lite f\u00f6rfall. \ud83d\ude09 Kroppen m\u00e5r bra av att slappna av, och hj\u00e4rnan med. S\u00e5 var lite sn\u00e4ll och f\u00f6rl\u00e5tande mot dig sj\u00e4lv.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 mig m\u00e4rks det direkt n\u00e4r jag &#8221;faller ur ramarna&#8221;.
