Alltf\u00f6r m\u00e5nga timmar p\u00e5 h\u00e5rt golv gav mig dessutom inflammation i underbenen. Allt detta ledde till att tr\u00e4ningen blev lidande. Men nu \u00e4r jag p\u00e5 G igen! Morgontr\u00e4ning innan frukost 3-4 ggr\/ v!<br \/>\nStramat till kosten ocks\u00e5.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 fort jag f\u00e5r r\u00e5d ska jag skaffa nytt pt-program.<br \/>\nBilden ovan \u00e4r mitt mellanm\u00e5l. Vi har inga raster utom 30 min lunch p\u00e5 hela dagen. F\u00f6r att inte dippa beh\u00f6ver jag mellis. D\u00e4r kommer proteinbaren v\u00e4l till pass. Denna \u00e4r &#8221;low sugar high protein&#8221;\u00a0 \u00e4r l\u00e4tttillg\u00e4nglig, finns i n\u00e4stan alla matbutiker. Dessutom prisv\u00e4rd!\u00a0 P\u00e5 \u00d6B kostar den bara 16 kr!<br \/>\nOch den \u00e4r god!
