Jag brukar k\u00f6ra ett par s\u00e5dana pass i veckan.<br \/>\nCirkeltr\u00e4ning betyder att man g\u00f6r olika styrkestationer varvat med n\u00e5gon station d\u00e4r man f\u00e5r upp fl\u00e5set. Man k\u00f6r s\u00e5 mycket man hinner p\u00e5 45 sekunder sen har man 15 sek p\u00e5 sig att byta station och ev st\u00e4lla in den vikt man \u00f6nskar p\u00e5 maskinerna. Jag brukar satsa p\u00e5 att k\u00f6ra s\u00e5 tungt jag kan.<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r en intensiv tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r b\u00e5de fl\u00e5s och styrka och man f\u00e5r upp f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen.
