Att b\u00f6rja morgonen med en PW \u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5 j\u00e4kla sk\u00f6nt f\u00f6r b\u00e5de kropp och psyke&#8230;rensa tankar(jaa, jag \u00e4r en klippa p\u00e5 \u00e5 t\u00e4nka &#8211; <em>alldeles <\/em>f\u00f6r bra&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I morse gick jag upp med Darlingen. En kaffe tillsammans \u00e5 han p\u00e5 sitt \u00e5 jag p\u00e5 mitt:)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3,8 km intervall i skogen samt 3,5 km PW p\u00e5 asfalt&#8230;sk\u00f6nt! Intervallerna &#8221;bara blev&#8221;&#8230;\u00e4r av naturen ganska lat och letar g\u00e4rna genv\u00e4gar, g\u00f6r helst det jag redan \u00e4r bra p\u00e5 osv. Normalt sett hade jag g\u00e5tt uppf\u00f6r backarna och sprungit nerf\u00f6r &#8211; i dag fick jag f\u00f6r mig att g\u00f6ra precis tv\u00e4rtom. Spurtade <em>uppf\u00f6r <\/em><strong>backarna och gick <em>nedf\u00f6r &#8211; <\/em>till en b\u00f6rjan. Sen blev det spurt b\u00e5de uppf\u00f6r \u00e5 nerf\u00f6r&#8230;.\u00e5 lite hursom&#8230;.tills jag kom p\u00e5 mig sj\u00e4lv med att t\u00e4vla med en annan tjej i sp\u00e5ret(fast hon visste inte om v\u00e5r t\u00e4vling;)<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Efter intervall \u00e5 PW bar det av hem\u00e5t f\u00f6r frukost. Bara g\u00f6ra som Mr PT s\u00e4ger &#8211; vilket r\u00e4cker mer \u00e4n v\u00e4l&#8230;pjuh*<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong><strong>\u00c4lskar \u00e5 k\u00f6ra rygg, kul som f*n&#8230;.p\u00e5 v\u00e4g hem efter ryggpasset blev jag stoppad av tv\u00e5 grabbar i 20-22 \u00e5rs \u00e5ldern n\u00e5nting som fr\u00e5gade mig &#8211; &#8221;Hur ska man g\u00f6ra om man vill bygga \u00e5 bli stor, allts\u00e5 stor p\u00e5 riktigt?
