N\u00e4r tjejerna f\u00e5tt frukost och f\u00f6rsvunnit in p\u00e5 Nathalies rum konstaterade jag att jag var ganska \u00f6verfl\u00f6dig s\u00e5 jag laddade med Whey Isolate samt BCAA+ fr\u00e5n <font color=\"#ff0000\">Proteinfabrikken<\/font> och begav mig till gymmet f\u00f6r ett pass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Underkropp, l\u00e5rdominant &amp; mage <\/strong>stod p\u00e5 schemat idag:<\/p>\n<p>*Hacklift smal fotst\u00e4llning 5 set 10-12 st<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font color=\"#00ccff\">SUPERSET<\/font><\/p>\n<p>*Hacklift, grodst\u00e4lln.(f\u00f6tter ihop, kn\u00e4n ut\u00e5t) 4 set 12-15 st<\/p>\n<p>*Bulgariska splitb\u00f6j 4 set 12-15 st\/ben<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>*Utfall i smith\u00a03 set 10-12 st\/ben<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>*Benspark, f\u00f6tterna (ut\u00e5t 2 sek kontraktion) 2 set 15-20 st<\/p>\n<p>Mage skulle jag ocks\u00e5 k\u00f6rt var tanken men f\u00e5r spara det till i morgon&#8230;hmm, fattar inte &#8211; s\u00e5 fort det \u00e4r lite tight med tid s\u00e5 f\u00e5r magen st\u00e5 \u00f6ver<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/metrobloggen\/media\/public_embaressed_smile.gif\">&#8230;.och jag som har dr\u00f6mmen om en schysst mage.\u00a0En ekvation som inte riktigt g\u00e5r ihop&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Varit en bra dag p\u00e5 jobbet&#8230;k\u00e4nns s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt att ge sig iv\u00e4gil jobbet n\u00e4r man hunnit tr\u00e4na och \u00e4ta.
