Det \u00e4r bara k\u00e4mpa p\u00e5 och s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi se ifall det hj\u00e4lper n\u00e5got.. haha men det \u00e4r riktigt jobbigt ass\u00e5 f\u00f6r jag g\u00f6r ju inte bara den d\u00e5 utan jag g\u00e5r oftast ut och g\u00e5r en pw p\u00e5 en timme innan sen g\u00f6r jag \u00e4ven situps\/armh\u00e4vningar sen mina squats, <strong>keep fighting for what you want!\u2665<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>H\u00e5ller ju p\u00e5 med min squatchallenge, det g\u00e5r ganska bra men nu b\u00f6rjar jag verkligen k\u00e4nna i baksida l\u00e5r \/rumpa\u00a0 v\u00e4rker och idag \u00e4r det 80 stycken sqauts som g\u00e4ller!
