Idag \u00e4r det 160 st som g\u00e4ller vad tror ni? nu b\u00f6rjar jag ju n\u00e4rma mig 200 stycken och jag b\u00f6rjar faktiskt k\u00e4nna att jag kan klara av det \ud83d\ude42 s\u00e5n sk\u00f6n k\u00e4nsla verkligen! Satt idag blev det bara basic tr\u00e4ning, k\u00f6r ju styrkan n\u00e4r jag vaknar och innan jag g\u00e5r och l\u00e4gger mig alltid!
