Det beh&ouml;vs och &auml;r v&auml;ldigt viktigt f&ouml;r musklerna att &aring;terh&auml;mta sig och f&aring; ny energi. S&aring; &auml;ven idag har jag varit ledig.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Imorgon igen kommer jag l&auml;gga upp schemat f&ouml;r min Br&ouml;st och &amp; mage tr&auml;ning som jag ska ut&ouml;va p&aring; gymmet imorgon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Jag funderar skarpt p&aring; att b&ouml;rja l&auml;sa till Personlig Tr&auml;nare (PT.) efter gymnasiet. Jag k&auml;nner att det skulle vara grymt roligt och intressant att f&aring; arbeta till 100% med fitness och h&auml;lsa.
