Passet jag k&ouml;rde var br&ouml;st och mage. Det gick s&aring;d&auml;r, k&auml;nde av f&ouml;rkylningen lite men b&ouml;rjar v&auml;nda nu &auml;ntligen! Imorgon &auml;r det rygg &amp; axlar! Hoppas ni tittar p&aring; mitt schema f&ouml;r alla &ouml;vningarna jag k&ouml;r n&auml;r jag gymmar! Dessa scheman f&ouml;r varje muskelgrupp &auml;r absolut perfekta f&ouml;r att f&aring; en bra h&aring;llning och stadja i tr&auml;ningen!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Har f&aring;tt en del fr&aring;gor p&aring; varf&ouml;r jag skriver mina &ouml;vningar p&aring; engelska, nu ska jag f&ouml;rklara!
