Vi vet ju att det \u00e4r en s\u00f6t alkohol. Det \u00e4r faktiskt s\u00e5 att lik\u00f6rer f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge l\u00e4nge sedan startade som mediciner i medeltida kloster. Sj\u00e4lvklart tyckte man det var magiskt, ni vet ju sj\u00e4lv vad alkohol g\u00f6r med kroppen, h\u00f6gre sm\u00e4rtgr\u00e4ns, kroppen domnar lixom bort, t\u00e4nker inte klart osv.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> F\u00f6r att en sprit ska bli kallad lik\u00f6r m\u00e5ste den inneh\u00e5lla minst 100g socker per liter. De \u00e4r gjorda p\u00e5 en sorts bassprit, den \u00e4r smaksatt, f\u00e4rgad och har en viss alkoholhalt.<\/em><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Xant\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Dagens lik\u00f6r heter Xant\u00e9. Denna otroliga lik\u00f6r kom till sverige \u00e5r 1994.<br \/>\nXant\u00e9 \u00e4r en p\u00e4ronlik\u00f6r gjort p\u00e5 bas av congac. Den har sitt ursprung ifr\u00e5n Belgien.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker v\u00e4ldigt mycket om denna lik\u00f6r. Den \u00e4r s\u00f6t och man k\u00e4nner en tydlig smak av p\u00e4ronen. Man k\u00e4nner \u00e4ven en ton av congac s\u00e5 den blir inte alldeles f\u00f6r sliskig. Tyv\u00e4rr anv\u00e4nds den inte i nattklubbsbarerna s\u00e5 mycket som den borde. Xant\u00e9 \u00e4r succ\u00e9 om man anv\u00e4nder den r\u00e4tt! \ud83d\ude09 D\u00e4r va jag fyndig.<br \/>\nEn klassisk drink du kan best\u00e4lla ute gjord p\u00e5 denna lik\u00f6r \u00e4r &#8221;lennart&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker denna lik\u00f6r \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r hemmablandning. Man kan exempelvis sl\u00e4nga i lika kanel och blanda med \u00e4ppeljuice. Eller g\u00f6ra kaffedrinkar p\u00e5 den. Har \u00e4ven smakat en underbar vit chokladmousse smaksatt med xant\u00e9!
