Nya masterchef. K\u00f6ksm\u00e4stare of the year. Ja you name it. Gjorde precis en supernyttig superr\u00f6ra. Tonfisk, selleri, tomat och ruccola. G\u00f6r en dressing av kvarg, lite vitvinsvin\u00e4ger och en grekisk kryddmix. Blanda ihop allt servera med risnudlar och ett \u00e4gg och voila! s\u00e5 har du en nyttig lunch. Eller middag. Eller i mitt fall en sen lunch\/tidig middag.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har inte b\u00f6rjat tv\u00e4tta \u00e4n. Jag m\u00e5ste tv\u00e4tta mina barkl\u00e4der till imorgon. S\u00e5 jag har inget val, har iallafall vart och k\u00f6pt tv\u00e4ttmedel. Men f\u00e5r v\u00e4ll dra min sl\u00f6a vackra rumpa till tv\u00e4ttmaskinen snart och k\u00f6ra ig\u00e5ng. Sen. Kanske.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har <del>kommit p\u00e5<\/del> en s\u00e5 otroligt bra nyttig grej! Om du inte kan\/ska dricka juice, saft l\u00e4sk osv, drick \u00e4kta kokosmj\u00f6lk! Hur naturligt \u00e4r inte det? Noll konserveringsmedel och s\u00f6tningsmedel. Och dessutom faktiskt gott! Om du sedan lyckas kunna dela p\u00e5 hela kokosn\u00f6ten kan du ta en potatisskalare och skala ut strimlor av det vita k\u00f6ttet, l\u00e4gg det p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och salta, d\u00e4r har du nyttiga chips!
