Vi kommer att tr\u00e4na axlar idag och vi har \u00e4ven planer p\u00e5 ett nytt tr\u00e4ningsprojekt som jag tyv\u00e4rr inte kan s\u00e4ga mer om \u00e4n. <\/p>\n<p>Vill ni veta mer om Alex kan ni kolla hans blogg (l\u00e4nk l\u00e4ngre ner). Han \u00e4r i mycket bra form nu som ni kan se p\u00e5 bilderna.
