Riktigt j\u00e4vla sjukt!<\/p>\n<p>Jag <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00e4ter och dricker det jag vill<\/span> &#8211; n\u00e4r jag vill. Jag tr\u00e4nar 5-6 g\u00e5nger i veckan och orkar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte sitta hemma och <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">knapra mor\u00f6tter<\/span> varje kv\u00e4ll. Tr\u00e4nar man mycket beh\u00f6ver kroppen n\u00e4ring, proteiner och vitaminer. Jag \u00e4ter s\u00e4llan en massa onyttigheter. F\u00f6r att jag inte tycker om smaken. Men om jag vill \u00e4ta ett kilo Karamellkungen s\u00e5 g\u00f6r jag det. N\u00f6tter \u00e4r dock en stor favorit. Cashewn\u00f6tter. Massa med cashewn\u00f6tter. Bring them on!<\/p>\n<p>Min st\u00f6rsta last \u00e4r dock bubbel. Och vin. Men vad fan &#8211; jag <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">UNNAR MIG!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jag sticker absolut inte under en stol att det \u00e4r viktigt att <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ta hand om sitt legeme<\/span>.<br \/>Men det g\u00f6r man l\u00e4tt med regelbunden tr\u00e4ning.
