Vaknade nyligen, sjukt att jag sover såhär mycket… trött hela tiden. Borde ändra på matvanor och sömnen lite.. äta mer regelbundet och sova mer regelbundet. Efter all julmat blir man ju sååå oftäsch 🙁 nu blir det hård banta och äta ren mat hedan efter. Idag ska jag dock äta nötkött och grönsaker vilket inte är så farligt? Älskar ju rött kött.
Just nu sitter jag med en celsius och mina piller.. det är nått jag hatar, piller.. beror såkalrt på vilka men endel av dessa ger sjuka biverkningar. 🙁
